What is Reiki?

Reiki is a form of energy healing that originated in Japan. Reiki comes from the Japanese words “rei,” which means universal, and “ki,” meaning life energy. Energy medicine is said to remove energy blockages and encourage the flow of energy. Particularly, it balances and heals the 7 chakras.

Chakra Balancing is a form of aligning the body's energy centres. There are seven Chakras: Crown Chakra, Brow Chakra, Throat Chakra, Heart Chakra, Solar Plexus Chakra, Sacral Chakra, and Root Chakra.
