Operating from a Lack Mindset

Here are 4 ways to shift your mindset from a lack mindset to an abundance mindset.

Focus on what you have 

You have learned a lot. You have gained much knowledge and wisdom. You have developed skills that will help you throughout your journey. Focus on the things that you have in your life right now that are helping you achieve your goals. 

Gratitude 

Practice writing out three things you are grateful for each day. There are little miracles that are happening all around you every single day. Express gratitude for the opportunities, people, and kindness that comes along your way. 

Environment 

Create an environment with like-minded people. Read books that inspire and motivate you. Listen to podcasts, read content, or take a course that will help you develop an abundant mindset. 

Awareness 

Create awareness around your limiting thoughts. Catch yourself thinking any limiting thoughts such as: 

“It’s an impossible goal.” 

“I am unlucky.”

“I can’t do it.”

And reframe the thought. 

“Anything is possible.”

“I can do anything I put my mind to.”

“I am a lucky person.”
