How to Boost your Mental Energy

There are many factors that lead to mental exhaustion. Some examples may include lack of sleep, overthinking, negative people, or working too much. The great thing is we have the ability to draw up inner energy and recharge our mind.
Here are some beneficial habits to incorporate into your lifestyle:
Habit 1: Environment
Become aware of your surroundings and be aware of the ones who drain your energy. Limit your interactions or set boundaries with these type of people.
Habit 2: Express Gratitude
Practice writing out 3-5 things you are grateful for. This helps you obtain a positive mindset and attract more abundance into your life.
Habit 3: Go Outside
Walking barefoot on the grass or walking amongst nature helps to replenish and ground your energy.
Habit 4: Positive Thinking
For every worse case scenario or negative thought, choose to actively think of the positive side of it.
For example:
What if I am not qualified and don’t get the job?
What if I don’t get the job, but find something better?
What if I do get the job and love it?
Habit 5: Setting Boundaries
Practice work and life balance. Incorporate self-care into your every day lifestyle. This will help prevent burn out.
Habit 6: Sleep Schedule
It is best to adapt to a sleep schedule that suits your daily lifestyle. Set a goal to get 7-9 hours of sleep each night and wind down an hour before bed without the use of electronics.
