How to start your self-love journey
Here are 3 steps
Step 1: Get to know yourself
Take the time to learn about your fears, your doubts, your goals, your dreams, and your beliefs (both limiting and encouraging). Build your relationship with yourself first as it sets the tone for future relationships and connections with others.
Step 2: Build Trust
Learn to trust yourself again. Believe in the life you want for yourself and know your worth. You can re-build self-trust through positive affirmations, taking up a new hobby, forming a healthy habit, or by simply following your gut instinct/intuition again.
Step 3: Your Best Self
Create a detailed character you wish to embody. (You can write or type this out)
Write positive character traits you wish to have, your new encouraging beliefs, or simply write who you want to transform into. Where do you see yourself 3-6 months from now? Ask yourself how you can show up as that better version of yourself today and work towards that.
